Designworks Collective proudly stands behind the quality controls for our products and our vibrant consumer brands, comprised of Paddywax, DesignWorks Ink, Firefly, Barrel and Oak, Gentlemen’s Hardware, Good Citizen, and Stay Golden. Your experience with our products is at the heart of what we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Designworks Collective product you purchased from Designworks Investments or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Designworks Collective 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How To Claim The Guarantee
If you are unable to return your product to the place of purchase and wish to submit a Guarantee request, please contact us here or by calling 615.630.7100. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and may be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail your product to Designworks Collective, or provide other information to assist us in processing your request.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase to us.
Guarantee Guidelines
Designworks Collective reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Designworks Collective concludes that the purchaser has abused the Designworks Collective Satisfaction Guarantee. Designworks Collective may amend or terminate this Guarantee at any time without notice.
