No instructions and two correct "answers"???

"I gave it 2 stars because I don't understand why there are 2 "answers" to each card. There are multiple choice answers to each question, the correct answer id highlighted in red and then there is another "answer" where just the multiple choice letter is highlighted in red. Why are there two answers? This is on every card. There are no instructions in the box to explain why there are 2 answers. Does the second answer have some significance? Please explain."
